A Region of Recreation and Expanding Wealth

The beach areas immediately surrounding the property are a popular destination for golf, tennis and water sports, while to the immediate south the countryside opens up to a region where small farms are interspersed with large estates, providing a world-class backdrop to one of the largest landholdings available anywhere in the county, let alone in such close proximity to the many amenities that the region enjoys.

 

Big wave surfers flock in the winter to nearby Manresa beach, and a weekly peloton of world-class cyclists passes by the property’s lower entrance most Saturday mornings on their way out to the riding routes of the Pajaro hills.
